WHAT DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
Answer: No matter where in the world you are, everything is shipped with FEDEX. Is the product you have ordered in stock, you usually have them the day after ordering (within the EU) Shipping is free for order costs over 500 EUR . If you do not find the item in stock you will be notified of this, the item may then be up to MAX 12 days before you have it.

Answer: Our phone support is open Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00.(EST) We always guarantee answers within these times. However, we are usually available via mail, text and phone, even other times. The webshop is available for orders 24/7.
WHAT CURRENCY CAN I TRADE IN?
Answer: Mareli Medical offers purchases in SEK, EUR, USD, GBP and CNY.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS GET HELD BY CUSTOM?
Answer: Mareli Medical ship all products outside of EU X-works. That means that we dont have any responsibility for the products after they have left our facility. The shipping company is responsible for the shipping and if something happens with your shipment you have to claim the shipping with the shipping company. Use your tracking number to trace and report any problem. Custom have the legal right to control all products coming in to a country, and sometimes that can delay the delivery time. If your products get held by custom you have to contact custom in your country. We will of course help you as much as we can, however it is not our responsibility. If something is wrong and the responsibility is ours, we immediately refund or replace the product.
DO YOU SELL TO ANYONE?
Answer: No, we do not. To be able to trade from us, you must be able to demonstrate a certificate / diploma in education in the field. You can at any time create an account online or call us to create one. Before the goods are sent out for the first time, a certificate / diploma will be checked.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GENUINE/ORIGINAL?
Answer: Yes, We often get this issue when we divide part of the price from other suppliers.
All our products are manufactured in the same factory as all other original products.
All products are also insured and the same guarantees apply to us as if you are buying them directly from the manufacturer or agency. All products can be tracked by batch number directly to manufacture. This is a statutory requirement for a product to be allowed to be CE-marked.

ARE THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE WITH OR WHITOUT VAT?
Answer: All prices shown are without VAT, but the VAT is shown in the “checkout” before payment. If you are outside the EU, it is important that you enter your VAT number in order not to pay any VAT.
